Surround Sound is a curated music & mindfulness experience by Siri Lorece E-RYT 200 and Yoga Alliance Continuing Educator Provider. Surround Sound is designed to gently guide you back to yourself through sound bath vibrations, meditation, storytelling, and deep presence. Held inside the lush indoor Sun Garden and Burbank Room of the Quad City Botanical Center, this experience invites you to rest, release, and reconnect.
This special edition full body sound bath and guided meditation experience led by Siri Lorece features soul-stirring poetry by Mister Aubs. and live instrumental accompaniment by CJ Parker & Randy Leasman. Surrounded by the calming energy of plants, water, and natural beauty this is more than a sound bath, it is a multi-sensory journey where music and mindfulness dance together with poetry as its anchor. Whether you come to relax, reflect, or simply receive, this space is yours to soften into.
Your ticket includes full access to the Botanical Center + the entire Surround Sound experience and a crystal as a gift from me to you. Artist merch, time to mingle and explore the indoor and outdoor gardens will be available.
Please Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, towel, pillow, water or anything that helps you lay or sit comfortably while you enjoy your music & mindfulness experience. We will meet in the Sun Garden and move as a group to the Burbank Room.
